No Air Truce Agreement Reached with Ukraine․ Peskov

The Kremlin press secretary stated that Moscow is not aware of the NYT report which claims that Russian reconnaissance drones are allegedly flying over US arms supply routes in Germany. Moscow does not have much faith in the Western investigation into the terrorist attack on the "Nord Stream" pipelines, as Russia has not been contacted.

Peskov also touched on topics revolving around Putin's personality. He declared that he is one of the most successful leaders in the world. "Putin's influence on world affairs is hard to overestimate, so the interest in his personality is natural," Peskov noted, adding that the Kremlin is understanding about the filming of "The Wizard of the Kremlin."

The Russian government is taking vigorous measures to ensure the stability of gasoline prices, and the situation is under control, Peskov noted, assuring that Russia's fuel market is fully supplied.

The Kremlin spokesman also addressed the Russo-Ukrainian war. No agreement has been reached with Ukraine on an air truce, he clarified.

Incidentally, on the night of August 27-28, the parties once again proved that there is no topic of a ceasefire. They mainly exchanged air strikes.
